This product has worked out great for me. I had cauliflower ear developing very badly and had to get my ear drained and stitched. Since wearing this headgear I have not had any problems anymore. The product is light, and the straps are soft unlike some of the other ones made of hard plastic. Recommended.

Looks like a high speed peice of equipment but its hard to put on your head with a front and rear velcro strap. also will slide off quite easy, and not ideal for brazilian jiu-jitsu. My advice, if your looking into any type of wrestling activity, just suck it up and dont wear any headgear. They might save your ears in the long run, but you'll spend valuable time and money on finding the right set. Also some bjj academies don't allow head gear, so find out before you buy them.
