It's a wrist bandAugust 13, 2008 It fits around your wrist. Nothing extra exciting but I do like it. I wear it around about 2 or 3 times a week. The only negative thing I would say is that it starts to unravel slightly sometimes. I just use scissors and trim up the threads though. So other than that, which is easily remedeed, it's pretty decent.
