one of the worst experiencesNovember 10, 2008 This has to be one of the worst experiences Ive had with Amazon or a related seller. I ordered the hat not really knowing the size available and got one that was too large. Before sending it back I contacted the seller to see if the hat was available in a Medium. Afer several days of waiting I was told yes and so I sent my hat back with 5 bucks for a re shipping fee. I emailed them after a week letting them know I had sent my hat in and if they could just email me when the new one was to ship. I received a very unclear email from the seller. I still dont know what my options are but it doesnt sound like my hat is available. I am furious and have never delt with such an unprofessional company. Ive worked in Customer Service for fifteen years and would never treat a customer like I have been. I still dont know if im being given a refund or the correct item.
