Simply Amazing!!!October 20, 2008 I've suffered low, middle, and upper back pain for several years now and ShouldersBack saved me! The books that I'd read about back pain all mentioned poor posture as a possible source. I've spent all my life hunched over a piano, and the last 12 years hunched over a computer. Bingo! I Googled "how to correct posture" and found ShouldersBack. I ordered it immediately and it arrived within a week. The day that it was delivered, I was having terrible spasms all over my back, neck, and shoulders. I put it on and the relief was instant. I've worn it everyday since and I've not had any pain in my back, neck, or shoulders. My only regret is that I didn't find it earlier!!!
Better than I thoughtFebruary 9, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Just remember to face the label out and this seemless support is pretty comfortable for what it's meant to do. Don't fasten too tight either, remember that you are "training" your muscles, not disciplining them ; ) Really glad I got it. Had pain shooting down my arm from constantly hunching my shoulders forward. I'm only 35, so I need to stop this habit before it gets worse...I use this thing about 30 minutes a day and/or when on the computer, when I hunch the most, and I find the rest of the time even without it I'm much more conscious of how I'm sitting.

I was recently given a ShouldersBack as a gift and it just may well be the best gift I've ever been given! My back pain is gone because it helps me to not slouch my shoulders and it's very comfortable to wear. I love it and high recommend it if you slouch your shoulders.
I could have saved $50 and made my own with elastic and velcroMay 5, 2006 13 out of 15 found this review helpful
Now I know why, for all these years, I hesitated to buy something to train my shoulders. Because it just doesn't work!
The velcro areas are sharp and scratchy (and yes, I DID have them facing away from my body). The claim that it is 'invisible under your clothes' is just not true - unless you wear gunny sacks every day.
If it had some sort of stays or support within the garment it may have been more effective, but this had nothing except straps. PLUS, there is no option to return the item if unsatisfied.
Duped, once again, by good advertising. Call me gullible...
