I purchased this pack at the recommendation of my daughter's chiropractor. I tried it out myself and thought it was great how it balanced the weight. My daughter, 14 years, tried it out for about a week, but didn't care for it (We are approximately the same size). I still think it's great because of all the weight kids carry in their packs and will get her to try it again later.
