I ended up giving these away after eating 1 a day for 2 days in a row. I thought they tasted YUCKY! Very dense and chewy...ewww it is making me need a glass of water just thinking about it!

I am a diabetic, and this bar is great. I know some people say they don't like the taste, but I do. And, it's a good snack for me, or a good substitute for a candy bar when I get that craving. I LOVE these things. And, as a side note, my miniature poodle loves them as well. He barks for one, takes it in the wrapper, opens it, eats a bite or two, then gives me the rest! We both love them totally!!!

I didn't buy the whole box (thank goodness!), just a single bar and it's disgusting. The texture is gummy, no taste of cinnamon, and it's way too sickingly sweet. And 8 grams of fat to boot. I'd give this ZERO stars if I could!

Both the cinnamon and the apple crisp are surprising delicious compared to other bars I've had in the past. The cinnamon is soft while the apple bar is more crisp, like a granola bar. These really come in handy when I have to have my breakfast on the run. The weird thing is that it's a box that would hold 6 bars nicely, but they only give you 5.
