Fantastic BCAAMay 20, 2008 This is much better than any other BCAA formula I have taken. Only requires 4 a day, and I saw results in the first week.

Complete and efficient. It really works. I am a tri-athlete and a bodybuilder. I take them every day before and after my traning to avoid muscle catabolism. It's a high nutricional supplement for muscle health and development. Highly recomended.
