False AdvertisingJuly 18, 2008 Amazon's review says 2500mg (2.5grams) of creatine phosphate per serving, but when you get the bottle it says 250mg per serving! Dont bother getting this, it's sugar water. 250mg wouldn't affect most anyone.
be aware that is the old formulaMay 27, 2008 Years ago MMusa started changing there products and the old one was 10x more powerful (that bottle you see there is the old one this is the new one http://re3.yt-thm-a01.yimg.com/image/25/m3/2695432319 ) than the new one. But because of regulations & people threatening them they had to change it a little, but man the old one was so powerful just that will get you big in 6 weeks, and i mean like huge as if it took you a year to look like that! i have pictures but id have to post it up later. but id advise you to eat some whey protein as well as it will multiply your results time in half. But you always need creatine in your body as it helps recover you muscles, the quicker you recover the quicker you muscles can grow making your results faster. Besides the fact that you only take it on your workout days (less to take =less to buy).
take it from me. protein alone wont help!
Earlier types were betterApril 8, 2008 I don't know if its a different formula, but I do remember taking the old school ATP three years ago and noticing a difference. I don't quite see the same results as last time. I used to be able to rock the gym for 2 hours without feeling tired. Sure my muscles wouldn't work, but I was still ready to tear them up some more. Not sure what happened, but I want the old stuff back!!!
