I bet many people take supplements the must be mixed with water or juice. These shaker bottles are great for that purpose. They have measurements marks on the side of the bottle so you can put in 4,6, or 8 ounces as needed. After filling it put the cap on, shake, drink, rinse, and dry. Just the right size for this.
