Swanson vitaminsMarch 24, 2008 Green tea capsules are excellent! Arrived qucikly and the price is excellent. The only "con" is having to pay separate shipping on multiple different products, even though they were packed together. Still a great value! Will definitely be buying more vitamin / suppliments from Swanson and recommending to my friends!

I use my Green tee pills to make myself green tea(with watter and all) but with these pills its impossible. yea you can open up the pill and yea you can put them in watter but they don't mix well with watter and they tend to go down to the bottom of the bottle. so i know most people don't use pills for that but for me it wasn't the best pick.

These are very potent. I get a little "buzzed" when I take two at a time. They do speed up my metablolism and have helped me to lose weight without any change in diet.
