Pure Protein Bar Chocolate PeanutMay 11, 2008 I baught these for the car when on the road and need a protien fix.I dont particulary like them but they do the trick but im not into sweets i find it hard to finish each bar but what do u expect from a quick fix.
Pure Goodness.January 12, 2008 I looked looked for awhile for a good protein bar to eat after a hard workout and found this brand to be the best, because:
-they have one of the highest amounts of protein in a single bar -they're reasonably priced -they taste good
You simply can't go wrong with these bars if what you're looking for is a great tasting protein bar supplement. And to boot, you're not going to be hungry for awhile after eating one because the high protein content takes a long time to digest- leaving you with a full feeling for quite some time. Do note however, as with ALL protein bars that contain sugar alcohols, they could give you some unwanted gas- and I'm not kidding either! So read labels carefully if you are affected this way- believe me, you'll know if this applies to you. Also recommend Worldwide Pure Protein High Protein Meal Replacement Bar, Chocolate Peanut Butter, 2.75-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12) as another good flavor to try.

The bars taste good. Just like any other protein bar, you need some sort of liquid to get them down smoothly. The only reservation I have is that they melt really easily. Still totally edible, just not as transportable as some bars I've had in the past.
full size bars and great tasteJune 27, 2007 these are the 32g protein bars (i thought i was getting the smaller 20g ones) and they have the best taste of any of the bars i have tried.
