Not feelin the benefitMarch 26, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been using Phosphagen for about 1 month. I am not feeling an increase in my energy level, but, not lower either. I had some stomach problems when I first started, but, better now.
Good for a MonohydrateJuly 24, 2007 From what I've read and heard from talking to different people in and out of the gym, there's really no difference in the supplements you take (as far as brand names go). Personally, I've switched from a monohydrate creatine to an ethyl ester, just because it's easier to take and adds less water weight, but I've taken this product before for about 4-5 months and was happy with the results. Had very little taste, if any, and dissolved pretty quickly in whatever liquid I was using (usually water or Gatoraid, but sometimes OJ). Why pay more for something like Cell-Tech, when this stuff will give you the same results.
Great productJune 13, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I believe this product to be high quality and I can see it works. It's best mixed with a big glass of juice. And like the other reviewer, I had to provide my own scoop.
What you'd expect.January 28, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Tasteless, odorless, scoopless. After many years of buying supplemental powders of all kinds, I was rather flummoxed to find that EAS Phosphagen features no convenient scoop packaged inside. Beware. Be very ware. Otherwise a fine product.
