Excellent Meal Replacement October 9, 2008
These bars are terrific as a meal as well as a protein supplement. I drink a large glass of water with them and I'm full. No guilt about having a chocolate desert, cus its good for you. I love 'em.

I've tried many a protein bar, some good, some awful *coughcoughSoyJoyYUCK*
In my weight loss efforts, I know I have to up my protein and also work on building muscle. I've not tried enough of these to give a review on that aspect, but as far as taste - amazingly good and keeps you filled up for a good while.

And as an amatuer weightlifter and fitness junkie, I've had hundreds. Pure Protein bars are pretty good in general, but the Peanut Butter flavor is by far the best.
5g net carbs and 30g of protein to boot.
Bar none, number 1.
