Not as good as #3January 5, 2009 I went to the local marathon store told them my arch hurt when I was using the Wave Runner 7/8's (?). They said I need a little more support for my longer runs. Recommended the 3's. Moved on to the 4's obviously as time does. Good shoe over all and put about 300miles after I retired them with no complaints.
