Product Description Strider, also known as Aragorn, is the son of Arathorn, and heir to the Kingdom of Gondor. His ancestor, Isildur, was the legendary King who cut the Ring of Power from the hand of Sauron with his sword Narsil. Strider has served as a ranger and joins the Fellowship to destroy the Ring that threatens his countrymen. It's a very beautifully made piece it has the scroll work design right in the blade. It would make a great addition to any collection!

I am Aragorn...Behold My Machete!July 28, 2008 Like so many of you out there in the wide world of internet shopping, I love Lord Of The Rings. Incidentally, I also collect swords, so a thirty-dollar Strider Knife seemed like a reasonable purchase. Granted the metal pommel/endcap fell off when I pulled it out of the box, and the leather strap broke when I tried to hang it for display, but these were minor problems, mainly because... THIS THING IS HUGE!!! I was taken by surprise and I had to check the description to make sure I got the right knife, because... THIS THING IS HUGE!!! If you don't believe me, get a tape measure and pull it out to 22"...for a sword that's pathetic, for a knife that's big and for a kukri-style, banana-shaped elven blade, that baby is giganti-normous! (Translation: THIS THING IS HUGE!!!) My suggestion: get this thing. Galadriel and Hubby aren't handing them out to wayward backwoods royalty like they used to. Just be forewarned to have enough wallspace to display it, because... THIS THING IS... Oh, never mind, you get the picture, right?
