Works for meMay 5, 2008 It is kind of a weird shape, it's a bit longer than normal and about the same width at the top as the bottom is. The ball lock is great --a little unneeded but pretty stylish. It holds 28 KN-- which is about 6,300 lbs. It's aluminum and light.

This is a quality carabiner. It has a good solid feel and is easy to operate one handed. I would purchase this product again.
It's great.... but not what I wanted.November 13, 2007 It looks nice, works well... but it is def not what I was expecting. It's HUGE. I don't rem if there were dimensions present when I ordered, but this thing is def not the usual size. Beware.
