Excellent product, horrible delivery timeAugust 31, 2008 The backpack i received was better than i expected it to be but it took over a week for it to get here when i was told that i t would take only two days.i was extremely dissatisfied with the time it took for this to be delivered.

Love the value from amazon...August 1, 2008 Ok...the last time I owned a jansport backpack was about a decade ago...so I can't really remember and compare the quality back then and now but I'll tell you that for around $15 that amazon had the shocker pink in...it was a steal. So to me I can't really tell the difference.
Will make a nice gift for the "tweenies" god daughter or niece still in school who like it simple.
This is the same model that my wife used to carry and she loved that it came in this kind of pink(shocker pink bag/dark charcoal strap and back)...she said that if there weren't any "unwritten rules" to professional attire, this would've been a practical bag to use. Fits everything she needs, not small as in, it won't stuff till it bursts from the zippers and isn't too big like a black hole waiting to engulf a whole set of encyclopedias.
For amazon's low pricing($15+ for my order) on some of the colors, 5 stars...but for the other color's around 29.99, it's just so and so...probably 3 stars.

Jansport is defiantly the way to go with school backpacks these days. All the kids have them and don't let yours miss out! They are durable and go with almost any outfit! They are lightweight and made to comfortably fit your child. These are cheap but last so long! I'm so glad I got one for my girls.
